Yes, we offer both in-person classes at our physical studio location and virtual classes that you can join from the comfort of your own home.
To attend a virtual class, you’ll need a stable internet connection and a device with a camera (smartphone, tablet, or computer). Upon registering for a virtual class, you’ll receive a unique link to join the session via Zoom or another video conferencing platform.
We recommend wearing comfortable, breathable clothing that allows you to move freely. Avoid tight, or loose-fitting clothes that may get in the way of your practice. Most students practice barefoot, but you can wear non-slip socks if preferred.
At this time, we recommend that students bring their own yoga mat and any necessary props, such as blocks, straps, and blankets, to ensure the highest level of hygiene and safety. This applies to both in-person and virtual classes.
We welcome beginners and offer classes specifically designed for those new to yoga. Our experienced instructors provide modifications and guidance to ensure that everyone can practice safely and comfortably. Feel free to inform your instructor before class if you have any concerns or specific needs.
You can sign up for both in-person and virtual classes through our website or by using our mobile app. Simply create an account, select the class you want to attend, and complete the registration process. You can also purchase class packages or memberships for added convenience.
We prioritize the health and safety of our students and staff. For in-person classes, we follow strict sanitization protocols, maintain social distancing, and limit class sizes. We require students to bring their own mats and props to minimize the risk of cross-contamination. For virtual classes, we ensure a safe and private online environment.
